This policy covers miracleleafhealthcenters.com. It describes what this website collects, what it does not collect, and what happens when you leave it by following a referral link.
What this site does not collect
This website has no contact forms, no sign-up, no account, no login, and no patient portal. It does not ask you for your name, your date of birth, your medical history, or any other personal detail, and it has no server that could store one. Nothing you type into the eligibility tool on this site is transmitted anywhere: that tool runs entirely in your own browser, compares what you enter against published labeling, shows you the result, and keeps no record of it.
Miracle Leaf® Health Centers does not create, receive, or hold protected health information through this website.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses analytics to understand which pages people read. Analytics providers receive standard technical information: the address of the page you viewed, the address of the page that referred you, your browser and device type, your general region derived from your IP address, and the time of your visit.
Analytics also records one action you can take on a page, rather than only the page itself: tapping the phone number. That records that a call was started and which part of the page it was started from. It does not record the call, the number you called from, or anything said on it. Nothing else you do on a page is recorded as an action.
Please read this part. Because the pages on this site are about specific medical treatments, the page addresses recorded by analytics can indicate which treatments a visitor was reading about. That information is not linked to your name by us, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors. If you would rather it not be collected at all, the section on your choices below explains how to prevent it.
Who receives it
- Google Analytics, which provides the traffic measurement described above. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, which serves this website and, in doing so, processes request data such as IP addresses for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
When you follow a referral link to Heally
Buttons and links on this site that offer an evaluation send you to Heally, an independent telehealth platform. Heally is a separate company. Once you arrive there, you are on Heally's website, subject to Heally's privacy policy and terms, and anything you enter there, including health information, is collected by Heally rather than by Miracle Leaf®. We do not receive a copy of it. Read Heally's privacy policy before providing information to them.

Cookies
Analytics uses cookies or similar browser storage to tell a returning visitor from a new one. You can block or delete these through your browser settings at any time. Doing so does not affect your ability to read anything on this site.
